Dashboard Overview

The Dashboard is the heart of the OmniFleet platform, providing a live overview of your entire fleet's status and location on an interactive map. It's the first page you see after logging in.

Permissions: Accessible to all authenticated users.

Dashboard Layout

The dashboard is divided into two main panels:

• Left Panel (Vehicle List): A searchable and filterable list of all vehicles in your fleet. You can quickly filter by status: "All," "Driving," or "Parked."
• Right Panel (Interactive Map): A map that displays the real-time location of all vehicles.

Using the Dashboard

1. View All Vehicles: When you first load the dashboard, the map will populate with icons for every vehicle, and the list on the left will show all vehicles.

2. Filter and Search:

   • Use the filter tabs (All, Driving, Parked) at the top of the list to narrow down the vehicles shown.
   • Use the search bar to find a specific vehicle by its name or license plate.

3. Select a Vehicle:

   • Click on any vehicle in the list on the left.
   • The map will automatically zoom in and center on that vehicle's location.
   • A detail panel will appear on the map, showing key real-time data like speed, fuel level, and status. This panel also contains quick links to the vehicle's full History and Details pages.
